Simon is a Managing Director with Core Highways – one of the largest traffic management and barrier contractors in the UK – where he leads the major projects and national clients business. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Institute of Highways Engineers.  Simon has  25 years experience in the highway sector working for Tier 1 Contractors. Simon is Chair of the CECA Highway Maintenance Group and member of the National Highways Incursion Group.
