Shaun Moseley

Shaun is an experienced project manager specializing in construction and traffic management, with over two decades of expertise in the field. Currently, he is a Project Manager at National Highways, a role he has held since June 2022. In this position, Shaun is responsible for overseeing large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, utilizing his skills in construction management, cost management, and project delivery.
Prior to his current role, Shaun worked as an Assistant Manager for the East Region CWF Framework at Chevron Traffic Management Ltd from January 2021 to June 2022. Here, he honed his abilities in program management and project delivery, helping streamline processes to optimize performance across various projects.
Before joining Chevron, Shaun served as a Contracts Manager at Freeflow Traffic Management, where he oversaw traffic management operations in Milton Keynes. His experience extends to Jointline Limited, where he was the Operations Manager for the Norfolk Road Markings Contract, demonstrating strong leadership and program management skills.
Shaun's career began at Carillion Plc, where he spent nearly 13 years in various roles, including Senior Foreman and Traffic Management Technical Officer. During his tenure, he gained invaluable experience in team leadership, AutoCAD, and supervisory skills, working on significant contracts such as the M25 DBFO project in the UK and the first MAC contract for Ashghal in Qatar.
Throughout his career, Shaun has developed a comprehensive understanding of change management and construction management, consistently delivering high-quality results. His extensive experience and skill set make him a highly regarded professional in the traffic management and construction industries. Shaun is committed to excellence, continuously seeking opportunities to improve operational efficiency and drive successful project outcomes.
