Louise is a seasoned executive with extensive expertise in strategic human resources management (HRM), leadership, and organizational development. With over two decades of experience in high-profile roles, Louise has become a prominent figure in transforming HR functions, driving change management initiatives, and fostering sustainable growth within organizations.
Currently, Louise serves as Director at Go Traffic Management (GTM) Limited, where she plays a crucial role in supporting Network Plus. Since August 2023, she has been instrumental in developing strategic HR frameworks aligned with the company's long-term goals. Before joining GTM, Louise was the Chief Operations Officer at Chevron Traffic Management, where she led operational and HR strategies from September 2020 to August 2023. Her leadership at Chevron enhanced employee engagement, optimized HR processes, and implemented effective talent management strategies.
Before her tenure at Chevron, Louise was Director of People & Operations at Nationwide Crash Repair Centres Ltd, where she managed HR transformation programs and business operations for over five years. Her efforts improved performance management and streamlined HR functions. Louise also served as Board Director for HR and Service Excellence at Parseq, reporting directly to the CEO. She drove strategic HRM initiatives across a diversified group of companies, including retail, financial services, and manufacturing.
Louise has demonstrated exceptional skills in influencing C-level executives and board members, negotiating complex agreements, and implementing comprehensive HR governance frameworks. She has spearheaded numerous change management initiatives, including corporate restructuring, redundancy programs, and the implementation of HR information systems to enhance decision-making processes.

She holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and a BA Honours Degree in Business Operations Management & Administration. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD), Louise contributes to industry-wide initiatives and serves on steering committees to develop strategic roadmaps for HR excellence.
