Julie Jarvis, aged 63, has a work background in customer service and customer-facing roles. She began her career as a BT telephonist and, after taking a break to raise a family, trained as a holistic therapist. This role was combined with her employment as the practice manager and receptionist at a local holistic center. Additionally, she has experience working as a hotel receptionist and administrator, as well as a veterinary receptionist. Currently, she volunteers for a breed-specific rescue, assisting with a range of administrative tasks.

Since the loss of her husband in a fatal collision at work, Julie is focused on helping to create his legacy of a safer working environment for all highway workers.
